7. For smooth running of the school, the principals should not favour one teacher on the<br />

other because all of them belong to the same family/institute.<br />

8. Teachers often feel that they are assigned extra duties and they are over burdened<br />

with extra work, principals should keep in mind that they should be given the role<br />

which best suiting their potentials.<br />

Conclusion:<br />

Conflict, no doubt, remains central to all matters associated with school staff; whether they<br />

face each other in personal capacity or in group form. Human beings are prone to personal<br />

likes and dislikes; their relationship gets a setback when they are odds with each other. In<br />

order to minimize and to mitigate their differences, the authorities need to resolve their<br />

differences so that they might feel at ease and might work in congenial environment. The<br />

authorities should address all their issues not only for the time but rather they should go deep<br />

into the matters and should try to know the root causes of their differences.<br />
