Results indicated that emotional maturity, self confidence and sense of humor taken together account for 30.2 % of<br />

the variable in leadership effectiveness. {R²=.302}<br />

This is reflected in F-ratio F at {F 3.397}= 5.214 which implies that these three independent variables are important<br />

predictors of leadership effectiveness.<br />
