Results indicated that emotional maturity, self confidence and sense of humor taken together account for 30.2 % of
the variable in leadership effectiveness. {R²=.302}
This is reflected in F-ratio F at {F 3.397}= 5.214 which implies that these three independent variables are important
predictors of leadership effectiveness.
