among ethics, information technology and organizational citizenship behavior, their<br />

findings were representing the effect of organizational commitment on organizational<br />

citizenship behavior (individual and organizational). In this study the effect of<br />

organizational commitment on citizenship behavior was confirmed. Organizational<br />

commitment variable has been introduced as one of the predictors of organizational<br />

citizenship behavior. So through strengthen of organizational commitment in the research<br />

community can increase emergence likelihood of voluntary behaviors in the organization<br />

and will help to improve the performance and effectiveness of the organization. In a<br />

simple regression equation, the organizational commitment and citizenship behavior that<br />

were controlled as demographic variables; the organizational commitment is explained 50<br />

percent of changes in organizational citizenship behavior. If regulations be implemented<br />

in the organization fairly, promotion and progression done and based on competencies<br />

and also if the employees objectives have been attended in determining the organizational<br />

values and objectives, we can increase the level of organizational commitment and<br />

thereby help to increase the organizational citizenship behavior. One of the most<br />

important variables affecting on organizational commitment is organizational justice that<br />

in many of research its effect is confirmed. Also job satisfaction is considered as<br />

influential factors. So managers should pay more attention to this issue. In the correlation<br />

research projects that are performed, organizational identity and citizenship behavior<br />

have had a direct and significant relationship. Blue and others have been confirmed the<br />

significant relationship of these two factors. Liponen in a study introduced the<br />

organizational justice as an effective factor on organizational identity, he said that<br />

organizational citizenship is affected by organizational identity. In this study, the effect of<br />

organizational citizenship behavior on organizational identity was confirmed. In a simple<br />

regression equation that demographic variables were controlled, the organizational<br />

identity explained 50 percent of the variance of organizational citizenship behavior.<br />
