Adjusted R Square in case of local bank proved to be 0.75 . Being co-efficient of<br />

determination , it showed that 75 % of variation in dependent variable (customer satisfaction) is<br />

predicted by the independent variables considered in this study i.e Assurance, Responsiveness,<br />

Tangibility, Reliability and Empathy. The two tailed strong co-relation of the variables being<br />

considered speaks of the relevance of the Questions asked and their comprehension by the<br />

respondents. The value of F is 45.425 and is significant at .000.<br />
