MEET A PARTY PRO
An invitation to a Tupperware party changed my life. I loved the fun,
social atmosphere, and of course the products themselves. I’d been
raised in a Tupper-loving home—my mom appreciated the quality. But
when I was asked about becoming a Consultant I said, “No, I don’t do
sales. I’m a university-trained professional.”
A year later when I was pregnant I was asked again and thought, “Why
not try it for a few months?” Who knew it would turn into a career that I
still love after 30 years?
My children grew up watching me enjoy my work, doing something that
benefitted others but still allowed me to make family a priority. They
learned how easy it is to cook healthy food for themselves—even in
dorm rooms while at university—and are now independent, confident
and socially and environmentally responsible adults.
Caring for others and the environment are important values for my
family. My husband is an environmental technologist. My son has a
Masters of Engineering in the Clean Energy field. And my Nutritionist
daughter is now in graduate studies doing research on childhood
obesity.I know Tupperware—both the products and the lifestyle—
has influenced my children’s career choices.
MY STORY
Thanks to Tupperware, I’ve enjoyed executive-level income, driven
Tupperware vehicles, traveled the world and been blessed with
amazing team and company support. But the best thing Tupperware
gave me was time to invest in my children and the opportunity to set
an example of how one person can change another’s life.
