The lease-purchase of two (2) brand new Viking Twin Otter DHC-6-400 aircraft.<br />
These special aircraft will be used as Air Ambulance Medevac Cargo and Civil<br />
Flights into places where is no acces for ambulances and trucks with trailers<br />
Global Aviation Partners is in process of securing an agreement with the<br />
Government of Republic of <strong>Suriname</strong> to make delivery of above mentioned<br />
aircraft under a 'lease-purchase' agreement, repayment over 120 months’<br />
equal payments. The agreement is secured by a 100% state guarantee of the<br />
Ministry of Finance (SG) of Republic of <strong>Suriname</strong> on their purchase price of 2 x<br />
USD 7,500,000. Including a State Guarantee for all the interest payments<br />
during the period of the lease to purchase period. The aircraft will be<br />
purchased from the marketplace in a cash transaction and sold on to Ministry<br />
of <strong>Suriname</strong> under a 'lease-purchase' agreement.

Important notes<br />
1. Time is of an essence; Global Aviation Partners must secure the aircraft for delivery as soon<br />
as possible. Aircraft are only secured for delivery by way of 10% refundable down payment<br />
to escrow account.<br />
2. Second batch of 45% is required at closing and delivery of first aircraft in Q4 - 2016.<br />
3. Third batch of 45% of loan is required at closing and delivery of the second aircraft in<br />
Q1- 2017.<br />
4. On 6th September 2016 we received a letter from Ministry of Finance of Republic of<br />
<strong>Suriname</strong>, signed by the minister of finance Mr. Hoefdraad confirming that they are<br />
prepared to provide a guarantee for correct and timely payment of the principal amount<br />
and interest payments of 120 months.<br />
5. Guarantee for up to a maximum of 20,5M.<br />
