In more acute cases, five to ten drops of the tincture three times a day. Case: 66 year old female with heart complaints. Swelling of fingers and ankles. Strophantus D30 5 pearls daily until reaction. Then sporadic in case of dropsy and heart sensations. (QUINT system) After one dosage (5 glob) the patient felt 70% better within 30 minutes. At night there was a reaction with massive sweat. Next day the patient felt better.
