Generally, a granny at approval is quick and easy and in most cases the approval can be<br />
granted within 10 days of lodging with a Certier. Our designs are kept within the<br />
government guidelines and therefore we are able to fast track the process which means we<br />
can get the building complete quicker so you can start getting your return on the<br />
investment.<br />
<strong>Granny</strong> <strong>Flat</strong>s are restricted to maximum 60sqm oor area and are also governed by the<br />
guidelines listed below. A granny at can be attached to your existing dwelling or can be<br />
separate from your dwelling.<br />
It is recommended that you get a Section 149 certicate from your local council so we can<br />
ensure your property isn’t bound any any restrictions which may slow the process.<br />
