<strong>Style</strong> <strong>Homes</strong> was founded by Giulio Ranieri who has over 18 years experience in the design<br />
and construction industry. <strong>The</strong> Company was started with the vision to change the<br />
residential industry. Giulio has seen a large problem in the industry with many builders using<br />
cheap prices to get you in the door and then hitting you with variations or upgrades which<br />
can ultimately cost you more than double the starting price.<br />
<strong>The</strong>re is also a problem with builders locking you in on so called “xed Contracts” that are<br />
full of exclusions and unknowns where the builder ultimately charges you large variations.<br />
With this in mind, <strong>Style</strong> <strong>Homes</strong> was formed to change the way builders work with their<br />
clients. Our aim is to work WITH you, not against you. Together we can achieve the same<br />
goal which is nishing your home to your budget and well above your expectations.<br />
Giulio has Successfully managed a large range of projects<br />
including State Signicant Developments for multi national<br />
companies and has delivered over $150 million worth of<br />
projects over a range of sectors. Giulio leads a team of<br />
qualied and licensed professionals who take pride at being<br />
