Booking Conditions <strong>Giardino</strong> Tour Operator<br />
1. Our contract<br />
By booking a trip with <strong>Giardino</strong> Tour Operator you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking<br />
Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will<br />
be accepted by us on this basis.<br />
2. Validity<br />
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 01 January <strong>2017</strong> until 31 December <strong>2017</strong>. Beyond<br />
31 December <strong>2017</strong> dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only.<br />
3. Pre- Payment requirement<br />
You are required to pay a 40% of the total amount to <strong>Giardino</strong> Tour Operator in order to<br />
confirm the booking of program (Please note that increased deposit requirements apply for<br />
some services such as Inka Trail programs, flight tickets and others). You will receive an invoice for<br />
the pre-payment by email with important details. The rest of the amount can be paid in our<br />
office in Peru – Arequipa city.<br />
Payment by credit card<br />
After the Confirmation of your tours and amount to be pay, your <strong>Giardino</strong> consultant will send<br />
you by e-mail a “Link of Visa” and an „“Purchase number”. You can make your agreed payment<br />
with credit card Visa in a safe way.<br />

4. Acceptance of booking and final payments<br />
A contract will exist between us from the date that we received your pre- deposit.. Please refer<br />
to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments.<br />
5. Your personal details<br />
In order for us to prepare your travel you must provide all requested details.:<br />
- A copy of your passport send by email,<br />
- The name, address , email address and telephone number of person of contact in your<br />
country in case of emergency.<br />
- Pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel<br />
arrangements.
