Puno to Bolivia 5d/4n
From Puno to Copacabana (Bolivia) –
Excursion to Sun Island.
Day 1 Breakfast . *07:00 Pick up from your
Hotel in Puno. The trip starts in the city of
Puno, at 2 ½ hours drive in shared
transportation to the Peru – Bolivian border
(Kasani). Arrive to Copacabana and
accommodation in your hotel to continue to
the Sun Island to visit the Pilkocaina temple, the
Royal Staircases and the holly Inca Fountain.
Free afternoon. *Notice: Peru is 1 hour behind
Bolivian time.
Hotel 3*
Copacabana town – Transfer to La Paz
capital.
Day 2 Breakfast and visit to the renaissance
style church where you can observe the Patron
Virgin Mary of Bolivia and the small town
market .
* Optional hike to the Calvary Hill. Lunch in a
local restaurant (no included in Program)
After lunch drive to La Paz city on a shared
transportation. On the way, you will cross the
strait of Tiquina, which is the narrowest part of
the Titicaca Lake, dividing the lake in two
portions: the small portion (Wiñaymarka) and
the large portion (Chucuito). Drive though the
high plateau reaching the most important city
of Bolivia, arrival around 19:30 pm.

Exploring La Paz City.
Day 3 Breakfast. Free morning to rest or
personal activities.
In the afternoon 4 hours tour, visiting Plaza
Murillo to see the Government Palace, the
local Cathedral and the Congress building.
Then experience visiting the Gold Museum,
San Francisco Church, the biggest handicraft
market in town known as the Witches Market,
Los Andes street artisans, the Killi Killi outlook,
the open air museum, besides some wealthy
southern neighborhoods such as Obrajes,
Calacoto and San Miguel.
The final part of the tour means Moon valley,
spectacular geological scenery which was
named after its strange clay formations.
Return to the hotel. Hotel 3*
Full day excursion to Salt Flat of Uyuni ( 2d/1n)
Day 4 Breakfast. Transfer Hotel-Airport. Flight La Paz – Uyuni.
Pick up by your agent at the Airport.
10:30 am. The most complete circuit of the Salt Flat of Uyuni
in just one day.
In your tour you will visit the train cemetery and then continue
towards to the great Salt Flat of Uyuni, visiting the Colchani
village on the way, where you will enter into a domestic salt
processing plant. Explore our exclusive “Palacio de Sal & Spa”
(Salt Palace & Spa), the first hotel in the world fully made out
of salt blocks.
Our Journey will lead you across the salt flats, visiting an area
called “Los Ojos de Agua” (Eyes of Water) where you will see
the manual extraction of salt by local communitarian
industries. We continue along the Salt Flats towards the
Incahuasi Island, better known as “Isla Pescado” (Fish Island)
where you will find enormous Cactuses and hike around the
interesting geology of the area. Lunch will be served on the
shores of the Island. Keep on exploring the Salt Flat towards
Coquesa and visit the cave of ancient mommies. On the way
back to Uyuni, enjoy the fabulous sunset on the shores of the
Salt Flat. (Picnic Lunch).
Estimated tour length: 10 hours.
After the excursion the transportation will drop you off in
your Hotel located in the salar plains or in Town of Uyuni
(According to client selection).

Day 5 Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel to the Airport of
Uyuni. Flight from Uyuni town / La Paz city or to your next
destination.
