New Lenox has a reputation for providing unparalleled entertainment and events for its residents, highlighted each
summer by the Triple Play Concert Series.
The Triple Play concerts regularly draw sold-out crowds of 5,000 to
the Village Commons, an outdoor venue that features the Performing
Arts Pavilion where world-class performers take the stage. With
local New Lenox restaurants providing food and a venue located
directly outside the Village Hall, this is a true community event.
The Village puts the Commons to good use with many other events
and programs hosted throughout the year, such as:
• Wine & Jazz Night
• Ladies Night Out
• Christmas in the Commons
• Wednesday Night Movies
• Independence Day Celebration
• Bands & Brews
In addition, the Commons is open to New Lenox businesses and
residents who wish to rent the space for their own events, such as
5ks or even weddings.
New Lenox also offers festivals and programs planned by other
organizations in the Village, so there is truly never a lack of
activities for residents and visitors! The New Lenox Community
Park District offers a full calendar of programs, capped each
summer by the Proud American Days festival. Similarly, the
New Lenox Chamber of Commerce plans plenty of activities for
businesses, professionals, and families alike.
The Village of New Lenox has much to offer by way of quality
businesses, thrilling entertainment, exciting community programs,
and superb dining choices. The Village continues to put its
