Hungary The new HU-GO toll system in Hungary The distance-based, electronic toll system HU-GO applies to all vehicles (except coaches) with a total weight of more than 3.5 tonnes on all motorways, expressways and selected regional roads in Hungary. The road network is 6.513 km long. ! Relational ticket A possible mean of payment is the “relational ticket”. Pay for the ticket at the acceptance points cash-free with the DKV CARD. ! Pre-pay process Another payment method is the pre-pay on board unit, the toll is collected electronically and deducted from your credit. The credit can be charged at acceptance points with the DKV CARD. ! Post-pay process In the future, payment using the post-pay process will also be offered. There will also be a GPS-supported device, which the customer will have to buy. ! Vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes Coaches and vehicles weighing 3.5 tonnes or less still need to use the existing e-vignette, payment continues as usual, simple and cash-free with your DKV CARD. Belarus Completely electronic billing of the truck toll in Belarus through DKV A distance-based electronic toll has applied in Belarus to all vehicles since 1 July 2013. Trucks and coaches with a total weight of more than 3.5 tonnes require an on-board unit for the toll. The operator is BelToll and the road network subject to toll charges has a total length of 1.513 km. A ticket must be bought at a BelToll point of sale (POS) or online via DKV. The following documents need to be presented at the POS: ! Copy of the vehicle registration certificate(s) ! Power of attorney (original) – this needs to be granted to the driver by the legally authorised representative to allow the driver to pick up the OBUs and sign the vehicle list) !
