Andreu Genestra offers three varieties of<br />

cooking; all different, but each a carefully crafted<br />

creation, put together using only the most natural<br />

ingredients.


Each of our suggestions are priced at €130 per person.<br />

Menus are designed for groups of 80 or more guests. (For<br />

smaller groups of 60-80 people, the price may vary between<br />

€135 - €140 per person).

Our recommendations for a seated<br />

lunch or dinner service:<br />

Appetizers<br />

Choose 8 bitesize aperitifs from our selection:<br />

• Sweet and sour aubergine in brine with fried lentils and ginger<br />

• Tartar of razor clams with pear mole sauce.<br />

• Fried vegetable taco with a touch of spice.<br />

• Truffle flatbread with caramelised onion and mustard.<br />

• Foie gras and free range chicken croquettes.<br />

• Sweet bread with marinated tuna.<br />

• Fried baby squid with wild mushroom carbonara.<br />

• Tartar of tomato with cream cheese.<br />

• Vittello tonatto with caper marmalade.<br />

• Mallorcan stuffed pastry with confit of sea bass.<br />

• Crab and courgette gyozas.<br />

The appetizer stage is an hour long. You may extend this by<br />

half hour intervals for a small supplementary fee of €2.50 per<br />

person.


At the Table<br />

• Crunchy octopus salad, tomato compote and curried<br />

pumpkin.<br />

• Beef carpaccio, pickled mushrooms and Manchego cheese<br />

mousse.<br />

• Tuna tataki, pickled cucumber, vitello tonatto cream and<br />

crunchy almonds.<br />

• Confit of red prawn set on a chilled mango soup and pickled<br />

onion.<br />

• King crab terrine with cream of truffled potatoes.


The Mains<br />

Choose 1 main dish from our selection of fish, surf and turf,<br />

meat or vegetarian options:<br />

Fish<br />

• Megrim with glazed tomato stew, roasted green asparagus<br />

and creamed celeriac.<br />

• Skrei cod green curry, lime, cashew nuts and spiced pear.<br />

• Confit of sole with saffron, glazed cherry tomatoes and<br />

creamy pine nut polenta.<br />

• Jig-caught squid stuffed with prawns and courgette, basil<br />

pesto and Mallorcan tumbet (ratatouille).


Meat<br />

• Lamb rib with fine herb crust, roasted aubergine and patata<br />

brava (spicy potato).<br />

• Can Company black pork suckling pig, with ginger -sautéed<br />

vegetables and vermouth jus.<br />

• Port-glazed beef cheek, with wild mushroom stew and<br />

summer truffle.<br />

• Beef sirloin with citrus-glazed cauliflower and foie gras<br />

sauce.<br />

Surf & Turf<br />

• Rosemary-roasted monkfish with a smooth sobrassada<br />

(Mallorcan sausage) sauce, green asparagus and sautéed<br />

spinach.<br />

• Free range, lobster-stuffed chicken with mushroom and<br />

cinnamon jus.<br />

Vegetarian<br />

• Wild mushroom ravioli with spiced almonds and<br />

Mallorcan style pumpkin stew.<br />

• Beetroot stew with a light lentil cream and blue cheese<br />

You may choose to offer your guests a second main course for<br />

a supplement of €7.50 per person.

Rosé Wines<br />

• Genestral Rosé:A smooth rosé with a pale pink colour.<br />

Highly perfumed and deliciously refreshing.<br />

Red Wines<br />

• Genestral Negre: Red wine created on our own Son<br />

Jaumell vineyards. A red that combines the local Callet<br />

grape with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and a brief<br />

spell in the barrel.<br />

• Horizonte de Exopto: A tempranillo wine, aged in the<br />

barrel for a year. Deliciously intense and well-rounded.<br />

A modern classic from La Rioja for the XXI century.<br />

• Torre Golbán Reserva de Dominio de Atauta: An<br />

intense red, well-balanced and spiced. An expression of<br />

maturity in the Ribera del Duero.


Wine selections are subject to availability. Should any wine be unavailable,<br />

a substitute with similar characteristics will be provided.<br />

If you have a particular wine in mind for your event, we would be more<br />

than happy to locate it on your behalf.

Chicken gyozas with mole sauce, Guacamoli Temaki, Miso soup<br />

and squid, Mexican ‘Bombs’ . Price: €500. For 100 people.<br />

• Sushi stand<br />

Nigiri Roll, Miki Sashimi. Our sushi chef makes a huge<br />

variety of sushi to order. Price: €600. For 100 people..<br />

• Iberian stand<br />

A professional carver to prepare the perfect slice of Iberian<br />

Mallorcan tumbet (ratatouille), Basmati rice with citrus<br />

fruits, vegetarian stirfry. We also prepare salads to order,<br />

with a huge variety of lettuces, tomatoes and fresh produce<br />

dressings elaborated with different oils, spices, aromas and<br />

fruits. Price: €500. For 100 people.<br />

• Sea station<br />

Seasonal fish, Soller’s famous prawns on the grill, monkfish<br />

skewers, fried fish cone. Price: €500. For 100 people.<br />

• Cocktail station<br />

A team of professional cocktail mixologists create a section in<br />

which to taste our selection of three exquisite cocktails. Price:<br />

€500. For 100 people. Normal duration of all our stations<br />

and stands is 1 hours, though this is extendable if you wish.<br />

• Sweet station<br />

A cart laden with a huge variety of sweets and jellies. Price:<br />

€250. For 100 people.


Conditions<br />

Should you be interested in hiring a wedding planner to take care of all aspects<br />

of event organisation (not including the catering) such as arranging the venue,<br />

photographer, video footage, decoration, music etc. we are happy to be able<br />

to provide you with this service to allow you relax and enjoy your Big Day in<br />

style.<br />

Menu tasting costs €45 per person (VAT incl.). Menu tasting is free of charge<br />

where prior event confirmation has been received. Corkage for any wines not<br />

stipulated in the basic menu tasting will be charged separately.<br />

We regret that we are unable to offer menu tastings on Friday and Saturday<br />

nights and all day Sunday.


All prices shown above are exclusive of 10% VAT. Transport depends on<br />

the location of wedding / event venue. By way of reservation, a payment of<br />

€2000 is payable (non- refundable in the event of a cancellation). 50% of the<br />

total bill must be paid 30 prior to the event. The remainder should be paid in<br />

full 8 days beforehand.<br />

Confirmation of final guest numbers must be notified a minimum of 8<br />

days before the event. Where the number of covers is not confirmed in advance,<br />

the final decision will fall to Restaurante Andreu Genestra and will depend<br />

entirely on the ability to source all products necessary for the final menu<br />

preparation on the day.


Payment will be requested for the number of guests confirmed at this point. The<br />

final cost will not be reduced in the case of absent guests; however in the event of<br />

additional guests, the corresponding cost will be invoiced at the end of the event.<br />

Andreu Genestra Catering will not be held responsible for adverse weather<br />

conditions under any circumstances. Should a last minute marquee be necessary,<br />

the client will bear all associated costs. The company is not responsible for the<br />

provision of a generator if this were necessary for the correct preparation of the<br />

chosen menu.<br />

Our set up includes: round tables for 6-8 guests, white chiavari chairs, white or<br />

stone-coloured table linens (depending on availability), white tableware and plain<br />

crystalware.<br />

We offer decoration and assembly services, should you require them.
