He pleaded guilty to the latter charge, while the former was dismissed. He was sentenced to one years’ imprisonment at the Ramsey County Correctional Facility. He served 55 days of his sentence, with the remainder stayed for two years while he underwent supervised probation. He was also ordered to pay a $50 fine. James Moore pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while ineligible in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. He was sentenced to 91 days of local confinement (all were stayed), two years’ probation, and a fine of $1,200. He was also required to perform 32 hours of community service.
