Dominique Bolden was charged with registering an ineligible voter and
knowingly voting despite being ineligible. She pleaded guilty to the
latter charge while the former was dismissed. She served 31 days of a
91 day prison sentence in local confinement. She also receive one year
of supervised probation and was ordered to pay a $1,100 fine, $1,050 of
which was stayed.
Donna Carter was convicted of voting while ineligible. She was
sentenced to 365 days in jail and 2 years of supervised probation. She
was also fined $1,000 and ordered to perform 40 hours of community
service.
