Dominique Bolden was charged with registering an ineligible voter and<br />

knowingly voting despite being ineligible. She pleaded guilty to the<br />

latter charge while the former was dismissed. She served 31 days of a<br />

91 day prison sentence in local confinement. She also receive one year<br />

of supervised probation and was ordered to pay a $1,100 fine, $1,050 of<br />

which was stayed.<br />

Donna Carter was convicted of voting while ineligible. She was<br />

sentenced to 365 days in jail and 2 years of supervised probation. She<br />

was also fined $1,000 and ordered to perform 40 hours of community<br />

service.<br />
