Anthony Joseph Kippels pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while<br />

inelgible in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. He was sentenced to 180<br />

days’ imprisonment (179 were stayed), one year of probation, and a<br />

fine of $100.<br />

Brent Cirillo pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while ineligible in St.<br />

Paul, Minnesota. He was sentenced to 365 days in prison and 2 years<br />

of probation, and was fined $3,000.<br />
