Lavern Bowman pleaded guilty to voting while ineligible during the<br />

November 2008 general election. As convicted felon, she lacked the<br />

right to vote. She was sentenced to 2 months’ supervised probation and<br />

was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service.<br />

Antonio Brown was convicted of voting while ineligible in the<br />

November 2008 general election. Brown has a lengthy criminal<br />

history, having been convicted of multiple felonies in several states. His<br />

convictions rendered him ineligible to vote, but he did so anyway. He<br />

was convicted and sentenced to 15 months’ imprisonment.<br />
