November 2008 general election. As convicted felon, she lacked the
right to vote. She was sentenced to 2 months’ supervised probation and
was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service.
Antonio Brown was convicted of voting while ineligible in the
November 2008 general election. Brown has a lengthy criminal
history, having been convicted of multiple felonies in several states. His
convictions rendered him ineligible to vote, but he did so anyway. He
was convicted and sentenced to 15 months’ imprisonment.
