Beth Ann Gallagher cast an absentee ballot in Iowa on behalf of her<br />

daughter, who had recently moved to Minnesota (and who also voted<br />

in Minnesota) in the 2012 election. Gallagher pleaded guilty to false<br />

representation of records or process and paid a fine.<br />

Nickie Dean Perkins, a felon, registered to vote and voted in the 2012<br />

general election. He pleaded guilty to first-degree election misconduct<br />

and received a five-year suspended sentence and two years’ probation.<br />
