William Allen Ondracek pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while
ineligible in Deer River, Minnesota. He was sentenced 365 days’ local
confinement, which were later stayed. He was also fined $3,000 and
ordered to serve two years’ probation.
Hoffman was a felon who had signed a probation agreement
acknowledging he couldn’t vote, but then voted again in 2008. He was
one of 113 individuals convicted of voter fraud in Minnesota during the
2008 election.
