William Allen Ondracek pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while<br />

ineligible in Deer River, Minnesota. He was sentenced 365 days’ local<br />

confinement, which were later stayed. He was also fined $3,000 and<br />

ordered to serve two years’ probation.<br />

Hoffman was a felon who had signed a probation agreement<br />

acknowledging he couldn’t vote, but then voted again in 2008. He was<br />

one of 113 individuals convicted of voter fraud in Minnesota during the<br />

2008 election.<br />
