False Registrations<br />

Jonathan Noyes pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while ineligible in<br />

Erskine, Minnesota. He was sentenced to electronic home monitoring<br />

for 30 days and ordered to pay a $50 fine.<br />

Karen Mckinney pleaded guilty to a charge ofˇregistering ineligible<br />

voters in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was sentenced to one year in<br />

prison (364 days were stayed). She was also sentenced to two years<br />

of supervised probation, a $1,000 fine, and 80 hours of community<br />

service.<br />
