James Keith Lesure was charged with falsely registered ineligible voters<br />

in the 2008 election in St. Paul, Minnesota. He pleaded guilty and was<br />

sentenced to one year imprisonment (later stayed) and six months’<br />

probation.<br />

Jenna Cook pleaded guilty to registering an ineligible voter in St.<br />

Paul, Minnesota. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail and 2 years of<br />

probation, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine.<br />
