False Registrations<br />

As part of a plea agreement, Freda Jahnke pleaded guilty to knowingly<br />

voting while ineligible in Fairmont, Minnesota. She was sentenced to<br />

365 days in jail, 2 years of unsupervised probation, and 30 days of<br />

community service.<br />

Jacqueline Perry pleaded guilty to registering ineligible voters in St.<br />

Paul, Minnesota. He was sentenced to 365 days’ imprisonment (364<br />

were stayed), two years’ probation, and a fine of $50. He was also<br />

ordered to perform 25 hours of community service.<br />
