Ineligible Voting<br />

Ronnie Ivy was charged with registering an ineligible voter and<br />

knowingly voting despite being ineligible. She pleaded guilty to the<br />

latter charge, while the former was dismissed. Ivy was sentenced to<br />

four months’ imprisonment, but her sentence was stayed for 18 months<br />

while she underwent supervised probation. She was also fined $50.<br />

Sarah Hankins pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while ineligible in<br />

the 2008 election. She was sentenced to a year in prison (of which 11<br />

months and 30 days were stayed for 2 years), 2 years of probation, and<br />

a $100 fine.<br />
