Lenzie George was charged with registering an ineligible voter and
knowingly voting while ineligible. He pleaded guilty to voting while
ineligible and the other charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 219
days in prison (with credit for time served) and a $50 fine.
Marcellette Payne pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while ineligible
in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. She was sentenced to 180 days’ local
confinement (served four days and the rest were stayed), six months’
probation, and a fine of $50.
