Lenzie George was charged with registering an ineligible voter and<br />

knowingly voting while ineligible. He pleaded guilty to voting while<br />

ineligible and the other charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 219<br />

days in prison (with credit for time served) and a $50 fine.<br />

Marcellette Payne pleaded guilty to knowingly voting while ineligible<br />

in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. She was sentenced to 180 days’ local<br />

confinement (served four days and the rest were stayed), six months’<br />

probation, and a fine of $50.<br />
