Ineligible voting<br />

Katie Denise Moore pleaded guilty to registering ineligible voters in St.<br />

Paul, Minnesota. She was sentenced to 91 days’ imprisonment and a<br />

fine of $50.<br />

Kenneth Johnson was charged with registering an ineligible voter and<br />

knowingly voting despite being ineligible. He pleaded guilty to the latter<br />

charge, while the former was dismissed. He was sentenced to one year<br />

of local confinement, 364 days of which were stayed. He also received<br />

two years of supervised probation and was ordered to pay a $3,000<br />

fine, $2,950 of which was stayed.<br />
