Katie Denise Moore pleaded guilty to registering ineligible voters in St.
Paul, Minnesota. She was sentenced to 91 days’ imprisonment and a
fine of $50.
Kenneth Johnson was charged with registering an ineligible voter and
knowingly voting despite being ineligible. He pleaded guilty to the latter
charge, while the former was dismissed. He was sentenced to one year
of local confinement, 364 days of which were stayed. He also received
two years of supervised probation and was ordered to pay a $3,000
fine, $2,950 of which was stayed.
