CERAMIC TILE PASTE ADHESIVE<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
Solidbond 110 is a solvent free, STANDARD SET epoxy adhesive for bonding high<br />
alumina ceramics where chemical resistance is required. It may also be used for a wide<br />
range of adhesive applications where excellent adhesion and high chemical resistance is<br />
required.<br />

Excellent chemical resistance.<br />
Damp tolerant<br />
Thixotropic and can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces.<br />
Good temperature resistance. Up to 90 deg C<br />
Ease of mixing : 1:1 mix ratio.<br />
Substrate requirements:<br />
Surfaces to be treated must be free of dust, oily residues and loose friable material.<br />

Appearance : Part A – Off white / Part B – brownish Physical Properties<br />
Pot life : 15 minutes Service Temperature : wet 60 deg C : Dry 90 deg C<br />
Set : 1 hour Tensile strength : > 50 Mpa<br />
Mix ratio : 1:1 by volume Compressive strength : > 75 mpa<br />
Full cure : 24 hours, cure is temp sensitive Bond strength ceramics > 13 Mpa<br />
Application temperature: 5 - 35 ºC<br />
Packaging : 2 L kits<br />

contact, was well with soap and warm water. Seek medical assistance immediately in<br />
