Quick set paste adhesive
DESCRIPTION
Solidbond QSP is a solvent free, epoxy quick set epoxy adhesive for bonding ceramics, acid bricks,
steel or concrete. It may also be used for a wide range of adhesive applications where rapid set
and high chemical resistance is required.
Benefits:
Excellent chemical resistance – resists attack of petroleum products, acids and alkali.
Fast curing
Damp tolerant
Thixotropic and can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces.
Good temperature resistance
Ease of application
Substrate requirements:
Surfaces to be treated must be free of dust, oily residues and loose friable material.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
Appearance : Part A – Off white / Part B – brownish Physical Properties
Pot life : 15 - 20 minutes Service Temperature : wet 60 deg C : Dry 90 deg C
Set : 1 hour Tensile strength : > 50 Mpa
Mix ratio : 2:1 by volume Compressive strength : > 75 mpa
Full cure : 24 hours, cure is temp sensitive Bond strength ceramics > 11 Mpa
Application temperature : 5 - 35 ºC

: 1.5 L kits
