CERAMIC TILE PASTE ADHESIVE
DESCRIPTION
Solidbond 110 is a solvent free, STANDARD SET epoxy adhesive for bonding high
alumina ceramics where chemical resistance is required. It may also be used for a wide
range of adhesive applications where excellent adhesion and high chemical resistance is
required.
Benefits:
Excellent adhesion on steel, ceramic , glass , concrete , GRP .
Excellent chemical resistance.
Damp tolerant
Thixotropic and can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces.
Good temperature resistance. Up to 90 deg C
Ease of mixing : 1:1 mix ratio.
Substrate requirements:
Surfaces to be treated must be free of dust, oily residues and loose friable material.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
Appearance : Part A – Off white / Part B – brownish Physical Properties
Pot life : 15 minutes Service Temperature : wet 60 deg C : Dry 90 deg C
Set : 1 hour Tensile strength : > 50 Mpa
Mix ratio : 1:1 by volume Compressive strength : > 75 mpa
Full cure : 24 hours, cure is temp sensitive Bond strength ceramics > 13 Mpa
Application temperature: 5 - 35 ºC
Packaging : 2 L kits
