By signing below you are taking the first step towards a new and exciting direction for your company. Justin Allen’s liability will be limited to the cost of supply for this work. Justin Allen is not responsible for any direct losses. Justin Allen will develop the quoted system based on the the Wordpress platform, Wordpress is released under the GPL license and any modifications that we include also inherit the GPL license, including all CSS, HTML, and code where appropriate. The contracting party will not have the right to cancel this contract after the project has commenced. If, after commencing the project, the contracting party decides not to continue with project development or to contract another developer, then the contracting party is obligated to pay the total amount of work that has been completed up to the day of cancellation based on Justin Allen’s standard hourly rate. Web design is a creative process and while Justin Allen will go great lengths to ensure you get everything you are after, the onus is on you to ensure that if you are after a specific feature that is outlined in the project scope. If not, extra fees may incur at a later date. *Failure to pay monthy fees could result into disconnection of your website. Once payment is made, your service would then be restored. My combined experience, vision, and personal interests lend themselves to accomplishing your creative and business goals.
