CORROLAM
H05 / VO5
Trowel applied vinyl ester epoxy resin screed.
It has high chemical resistance and the system
is designed for demanding acid or highly
alkaline environments. Its durability, resistance
to thermal shock as well as chemical
resistance is unmatched.
• Ideal for demanding environments such as acid plants,
Power Stations, Mining industry bund areas for
secondary containment areas in processing plants.
• Exterior containment areas.
• Can also be used as a chemical resistant tank lining.
CORROLAM RC
A chemical resistant vinyl ester roller top coat
that is used as protection in acid or highly
alkaline environments. It can be applied over
existing laminate systems or fibre wound
tanks as a rejuvenation coat and can also be
used as a top coat on new laminate systems.
• Ideal for the protection of concrete walls, equipment
and tank bases, floors and drains against aggressive
chemicals in bund areas.
• Tank linings with aggressive chemicals.
• Acid bunds, tank linings top coats or rejuvination coats.
CORROLAM GL
A chemical resistant epoxy vinyl ester resin
laminating resin that is also used in demanding
acid or highly alkaline environments. It is
applied in combination with glass fibre and
chemical resistant C glass veil for optimum
chemical resistance and excellent crack
bridging capabilities.
• Ideal for protection of concrete structures, equipment
bases, floors and drains against aggressive chemicals
that may experience a high amount of movement.
• Exterior and interior Acid bunds as well as a range of
chemical resistant tank linings ie: Chloride dioxide tanks,
Flue gas scrubbers, acid and alkali tanks.
CORROLAM UT
A chemical resistant epoxy vinyl ester system
with a non-slip screeded finish of Corrolam
RC vinyl ester sealcoat for optimum chemical
and slip resistance.
• Ideal for demanding environments such as Acid plants,
Power Stations, Mining industry bund areas for
secondary containment areas in processing plants
requiring a non-slip finish.
• Exterior and interior secondary containment areas for
chemical resistance.
POLYSCREED HF
Abrasion and temperature resistant, heavy
duty trowel applied polyurethane flooring
system. Polyscreed HF incorporates silver
ion’s for antimicrobial protection in the food
environment and is applied between 8 -
10mm for high wear and abrasion resistance
as well as excellent temperature resistance of
up to 140 0 C.
• Food and beverage wet processing plants ie: Bakeries,
Butcheries, Bottling Halls, etc.
• Brewery wet processing areas with high temperature
requirements.
• Heavy duty Engineering workshops.
• Chemical resistance lining for secondary containment
areas with chemical attack in processing plants, mines
and high impact areas.
POLYSCREED RT
Abrasion, chemical resistant, heavy duty
flow applied Rake and Trowel polyurethane
flooring system. Polyscreed RT resin system
incorporates silver ion’s for antimicrobial protection
in the food processing environment
and is applied between 6 - 8mm. Temperature
resistance of up to 120 0 C.

Butcheries, Bottling Halls, Wineries, etc.

POLYSCREED MD
Abrasion and chemical resistant, medium
duty flow applied polyurethane flooring system.
Polyscreed MD is a resin system which
also incorporates antimicrobial silver ion
protection and is applied between 3 - 4mm.

POLYSCREED WR
Abrasion and chemical resistant, light weight
trowel applied polyurethane wall render. This
resin system incorporates antimicrobial silver
ion protection. Applied between 2 - 25mm.

SOLIDKOTE 227
A self-priming, waterbased, water potable
high-build epoxy coating system. It offers
excellent corrosion protection to a wide
variety of substrates in the minimum number
of coats.Its superior adhesion properties allow
it to be applied over marginally prepared
rusted steel surfaces and the solids content
allows the coating to be applied over existing
coatings without lifting and wrinkling. It is
solvent free and VOC compliant. Also
suitable for potable water applications.

STEELMASTIC
168
An industry standard, surface tolerant,
self-priming, direct-to-rust, high build epoxy
mastic coating. Its superior adhesion properties
allow it to be applied over marginally prepared
rusted steel and old existing coatings.
• Excellent maintenance coating for bridges, pipes, fences,
machinery, structural steel or tank exteriors, especially
when corrosion of the steel has taken place.
• Ideal for offshore structures, marine piping and exposed
steel structures.
SOLIDGUARD 88
A rapid curing, surface tolerant, chemical
resistant high solids epoxy primer,
intermediate or finish coating for application
onto steel surfaces. Solidguard 88 provides
excellent adhesion and corrosion protection
to mild steel.
• Ideal for protection of steel tanks, equipment bases,
floors and drains against aggressive chemicals.
• Tank farms and chemical storage tanks ideal in Petroleum
Plants, sugar industry etc.
• Priming of steel prior to applying ceramic tiles for added
corrosion protection.
SOLIDGUARD
HCP
An extremely high chemical resistant
Bisphenol. A ceramic coating that is
specifically designed for demanding acid
or highly alkaline environments. Available in
various colours offering high abrasion and
scratch resistance.
• Ideal for protection of concrete tanks, equipment bases,
floors and drains against aggressive chemicals in extreme
environments.
• Tank farms and chemical storage tanks and petroleum
tanks.
• Acid bunds, tank linings.
• Chemical loading bays.
SOLIDKOTE UVC
Solidkote UVC is a two component , aliphatic
polyurethane with excellent UV stablility. It offers
a high gloss finish. Its weather resistance
and ability to resist chalking is outstanding.
The product displays excellent flexibility, high
abrasion, acid alkali and solvent resistance.
• Interior or exterior application.
• For use on concrete floors, structural steel, waste water
facilities, chemical plants as well as marine application
above water-line.
• Ideal coating where outstanding colour and gloss
retention is mandated.
• Do not apply over wet / damp surfaces. Ensure a
complete, dry seal of walls.
