What is ICA?
Independent Clubs Association, HKUSU is an administrative body that collaborates the efforts of its fellow
Independent Clubs.
It is also a mediating body between 20 Independent Clubs and the Hong Kong University
Students’ Union.
It is comprised of the ICA Council, the Executive Committee and Independent Clubs.
