FARNAZO, CESO V Schools Division Superintendent Subject : ROVER ORIENTATION, VIGIL AND INVESTITURE CEREMONY Date : September 24, 2012 The Sarangani Associate Council, Boy Scouts of the Philippines announces the conduct of a Rover Orientation, Vigil and Investiture Ceremony on September 28-29, 2012.Registration will start at 5Pm and the activity will start at 6:30pm.Training venue will be at the Provincial Capitol Gym Capitol Compound, Alabel, Sarangani Province. The Objectives of these Scout activities are as follows: 1. To know the Fundamental Principles of Scouting; and 2. To keep abreast with the essentials and program of Rover Scouting; 3. To know how to conduct Rover Vigil and Investiture Ceremony. Participants to this events are Local council executive Board Members, Municipal/District Scouting Committee Members Division Supervisors/Coordinators, District Commissioners, Institutional Heads, Districts and School Coordinators of Public and Private Elementary, and High School students of both public and private Secondary Schools in the division of Sarangani Province who are; Male or Female of not less than 16 years of age and above. Physically fit and of good moral character.

Each participant is required to bring the following:<br />
1. Ball pen and notebook;<br />
2. Foodstuffs.<br />
3. Reading materials such as Bible, Koran for Muslim<br />
4. Raincoat/umbrella<br />
5. Thumb stick(eye level)<br />
6. Jacket<br />
Attached is the list <strong>of</strong> participants.<br />
A Vigil fee <strong>of</strong> Four Hundred Fifty pesos (Php450.00) shall be charged each<br />
participant to defray the expenses for BSP membership fee,1 meal and 2 snacks,<br />
neckerchief and slide, certificates, honorarium <strong>of</strong> speakers & other administrative<br />
expenses relative to the conduct <strong>of</strong> the aforesaid scouting activities.<br />
