premises. Our service also enables the changes in amounts of
textiles and containers, as required by your business.
Flexible service
We transport our used products away and replace them with
clean ones in accordance with the agreement; the collection
containers facilitating the use, storage and transport of
Vipperi® shop towels and absorption mats are covered by
our service, operating throughout Finland. We distribute the
products directly at your work places.
An environmentally-friendly solution
We also take care of any problem waste accumulated and its
management in accordance with the regulations. Since our
Vipperi ® shop towels and absorption mats are made of cotton
and substitute the use of disposable products, the amount of
waste in your premises is notably diminished. Therefore, our
industrial towel services also contribute to the occupational
safety and comfort of your company.
The Vipperi ® products and absorption mats are maintained
in Finland at our Hämeenlinna service centre, which has
an environmental permit *). Any hazardous waste from the
laundry is conveyed to our service centre’s wastewater
treatment system, recovered and delivered to Ekokem Oy for
disposal. Our service system has been certified with the ISO
9001:2000 standard. Our service centres have been granted
the ISO 14001 environmental certificate. We follow the
operational model in accordance with the certificates.

Vipperi ® shop towels
The environmentally-friendly Vipperi ® shop towels for
demanding professional use are suited to the needs of the
industry, car and service workshops, maintenance and metal
industry.
Since the towels are made of soft and absorbent 100 %
cotton, they are comfortable to use and they also absorb
difficult dirt, such as oil, grease and solvents, carefully and
efficiently.
The absorbing capacity of Vipperi ® shop towels corresponds
that of 5 or 6 disposable towels, and it lasts approximately 20
washes. During the life cycle of one cotton towel, disposable
towels generate multiple amounts of waste.
Any loose dirt, such as lathe chips, must be shaken off the
towel before placing it in the collection container.
This helps achieve a longer service life, as well as
better washing result.
Vipperi ® products are not suitable for wiping hardening liquids, such as
paints, glues, silicones or glass fibre, since these liquids will ruin the towel
and necessitate its removal from use.

Absorption mats for demanding
use
Our absorption mats are suited to absorbing liquids of
industry, car and service workshops and other sites requiring
maintenance.
The absorption mat is placed under the storage container or
the item to be maintained to protect the working environment
from leaking and falling materials, and splashing and spilling.
It is an excellent work surface, for example, in demolition and
assembly work.
Made of cotton, the absorption mats efficiently absorb
greases, liquids, oils and similar dirt. Therefore they do not
require final cleaning, unlike absorbent materials, and they
make it easy to keep the surfaces clean.

Transport and collection containers
We ensure that your company’s premises are always equipped with the necessary amount of transport, distribution and
collection containers of Vipperi ® shop towels and absorption mats for the replacement. They follow fire and security-technical
regulations and securely contain both the Vipperi ® shop towels and the absorption mats. They also help to keep the working
environment clean and organised.
The containers are easy to use and refill, and their model collection covers different uses and applications.
