This Client specific Account Team is responsible to build and maintain strategic partnerships with<br />

Our Account Managers have an average of 12 years of experience He/ Sheis an extension of the Verve<br />
Corporation Solution Executive Management team. The roles and responsibilities of these Account<br />

resources and assigned minimum two global delivery teams of senior and junior recruiters to<br />
supervise.<br />
The roles and responsibilities are:<br />
Manage the Global Delivery Team.<br />
Manage candidates throughout the interview and on boarding process.<br />
Attend review and internal meetings with Verve Corporation team.<br />
First level for escalation of problems/issues for internal Verve Corporation review.<br />
Present all required reports atregular frequency to Verve Corporation Account Manager.<br />
Global Delivery Team:<br />
Verve has a dedicated talent acquisition team with deep background of sourcing, identifying,<br />
screening and recruiting professionals for all sectors. Our recruiters are skilled professional and their<br />
thorough proficiency enables them to target quality and safe candidates. Our global delivery team<br />
comprises of an amalgamation of senior and junior recruiters. Each team has minimum 2 senior<br />
recruiters and 5 -7 junior recruiters.
Senior Recruiter:<br />
Our Senior recruiters have over 5 plus years of experience as recruiters with solid understanding of<br />
recruiting process and minimum 2 years of experience as technical recruiters. They possess good<br />
written and oral communication skills with the ability of detect the right talent.<br />
The roles and responsibilities are:<br />
Collaborate with the delivery lead to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for clients.<br />
Understand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic<br />
direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill.<br />
Serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for<br />
positions and acting professionally in representing the firm.<br />
Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent – using our research function, job<br />
boards, web searches, and industry-specific sources.<br />
Develop position-specific screening questionnaires.<br />
Recruit, assess and hire top talent.<br />
Identify, screen and present top talent to clients.<br />

Our junior recruiters have minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in US Staffing. They have<br />
excellent interpersonal, consulting, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills.<br />
The roles and responsibilities are:<br />
Work closely with delivery lead to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and<br />
requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).<br />
Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to<br />
present to candidates.<br />
Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.<br />
Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent – using our research function, job<br />
boards, web searches, and industry-specific sources.<br />
Recruit, assess, identify, screen and present top talent to clients.
Compliance and Employee Relations:<br />
The compliance and the employee relations unit workscollaboratively with the Account Manager.<br />

On-boarding Team:<br />
The On-boarding takes care of on-boarding process of a candidate.<br />
The roles and responsibilities:<br />
Coordinate with candidate for on-boarding process.<br />
Educate candidate about on-boarding process and required documents.<br />
Collect required documents and information from candidate and conduct the screening<br />
(background check and drug test).<br />
Follow up with our screening partners regarding the background and drug reports.<br />
Present all required documents and screening reports of candidates to client's compliance team.<br />
Payroll Team:<br />
Payroll team takes care of payroll of on-boarded candidates.<br />
The roles and responsibilities:<br />
Keep track of the “Time Sheets” of on-boarded candidates.<br />
Remind candidates to make sure they enter their accurate time sheets and get it approved by their<br />
reporting managers in time.<br />
Coordinate with the account manager regarding any issue related to time sheets of the<br />
candidates.<br />
Coordinate with the CPA on a weekly basis to process the payroll and paystubs of the candidates.<br />
Email the paystubs to the candidates on weekly basis.
Client implementation - Step by Step Execution<br />
Step 1<br />
On contract sign-off, VERVE assigns/names a dedicated Account Manager to represent and<br />
manage the entire Client Account.<br />
Step 2<br />
A dedicated team comprising of Delivery Lead(s), Sr. Recruiters and junior recruiters will<br />
deploy to support and fulfill the client needsexclusively. The Account Manager has direct<br />
access to various other support teams which are sales and business development,<br />
compliance and employee relations and finance team.<br />
Step 3<br />
VERVE initiates and arranges for kick-off and a team introduction session between Client's<br />
program managers and point of contacts with the respective VERVE delivery team<br />
members. Program goals and initiative are discussed in detail to help better understand the<br />
Client Contingent Workforce program and needs.<br />
Step 4<br />
Verve initiates the training for the Global Delivery Team and the compliance team. The<br />

satisfactory results. Our Revenue grew from 227,476 USD in the FY 2013 to 847, 131 USD in the FY<br />
