Philips myGarden Solar lights are powered by a solar lighting
system. Each has a solar panel that collects and stores energy
from sunlight during the day. It then uses this energy to power
its light long into the night.
Integrated panel
Some Philips myGarden Solar lights have an integrated
solar panel as part of the light. These are free of cables, but
you do need to place the light in a place where it receives
enough sunlight during the day. myGarden Solar lights with
an integrated panel emit up to 100 lumens of light, enough to
illuminate a defined area or highlight a feature.
Seperate panel
Some Philips myGarden Solar lights have a separate solar
panel connected to the light by an included cable. You can
position this panel in the best place to collect sunlight, or
keep it out of view on a roof or around a corner. Separate solar
panels provide more light output – up to 300 lumens – so
you can also link up to three myGarden Solar lights to one
separate solar panel.
