o Our leadership team have founded and run a series of SME financial
services businesses in the last 25 years. We understand and have first hand
experience of starting, building and monetising financial services
companies with revenues of £2m - £100m.
o Currently we are completing the migration of £1.5bn assets and installing a
platform for a mid sized private bank, acquiring 49% of a Belgian wealth
manager and our pipeline includes firms managing c£150m through to
c£7bn.
