IT security policy on usage of IT systems

The newly developed IT policies are the
following;
Approved List of Software and
Application
Password Management Policy
Acceptable Usage Policy
The new policies can be read in 1.
Any violation of this policy by users may
lead to disciplinary action, up to and
including termination of employment.
Dress Code Policy
1. All staff should be professionally
presentable at all times.
2. Please note that the below is strictly
to be followed including Thursdays;
A. No faded or torn jeans.
B. No shirts without collars should be
worn at office, hence no T-shirts,
which must always be tucked in.
3. The grooming and personal hygiene
of the employees shall be considered
as part of the dress code, for the
purpose of the policy.
4. The attached dress code policy is
not applicable for office boys and
drivers, who should be wearing the
respective uniforms mandatorily during
office working hours form Sunday –
Thursday.
