Spring Classic 2012
Spring Classic 2012, held at Krogh Family Ranch in Warner Springs, went very well. Big thanks
to our 70 plus riders that came out to enjoy the competition over Memorial Day Weekend.
Spring Classic, as always, is a nice way for so many districts to come together and ride. We had
riders come from Norco, Apple Valley, Big Bear, and the High Desert, as well as our own District
33 riders.
Congratulations go out to Avielle Lehman for completing her last Hall of Fame ride over the
weekend, with special thanks to Bob Krogh for the best celebratory mud pit ever!
We also would like to congratulate Shalie Xanthos for completing her judging requirements and
receiving her judges’ card and judging her first show as a carded judge.
As always, we have to give thanks to our volunteers that judged, worked the arena, and worked
the announcer’s booth, the show can’t go on without you!
District 33 would like to give special thanks to all of the Kroghs, John and Lowry Alkire, Greg
Woods, Sharron Elkins, Randy and Janet Young, the Fimbres, Imrich Toman, and Gerald
Freeman. We would also like to thank Phyllis and CGA State office for all of the great support.
