When you see the streets are a splash of colour, smell luscious aroma of kebabs follows you around every<br />

corner, see the kids trying to sneak a piece of baklava from under shop owners noses, beautiful chaos,<br />

roosters calling and people shouting out to one another like in a busy market, you have got to know that you<br />

are in the middle of the most breath-taking place in the whole world, Turkey, it’s the place where everything<br />

is alive and the atmosphere around you is just on point.<br />

Remember those small boys who tried to sneak baklava? One of those boys had a dream, and that dream<br />

was Bosporus. For years the boy wove in and out of kebab shops, befriending the owners, somehow making<br />

them spill their best-tasting secrets. And as he grew from a boy into an adventurer, his wish of seeing the<br />

world and bringing it a taste of Turkey came closer to reality.<br />

Bosporus, the amazing Turkish cuisine, has started when this talented, dreamful and passion man who has<br />

years of culinary experience in 5 - star hotels and restaurants all over the world and the friendship of another<br />

free spirit who had similar dreams, have visited Dubai in 2010. They had that curiosity of trying Turkish food<br />

in Dubai but unfortunately, the result was very disappointing as the atmosphere, taste and quality served to<br />

them was not on point. Their passion for Turkish cuisine has encouraged them to bring the authentic Turkish<br />

taste all the way from turkey and spread it around the world. From their point of view, the best place to<br />

reach the whole world is Dubai where a punch of different nationalities live and get along with each other<br />

homogeneously. In 2010, they opened their first branch in Jumeira road and now after 5 years of success<br />

they have 6 branches. Bosporus is a Dubai born concept and all made by those two successful gentlemen.<br />

Bosporus comes from a dream, but its history is even richer. It is a place where the good old days are very<br />

well and alive. Where you can feel the authenticity of Turkey and all its magical flavours. Where Turkish roots<br />

and culture of yesterday meet the highest quality and standards of today.<br />

Vision<br />

Since before Bosporus was born, there was a vision of a place where<br />

guests could enjoy a meal and feel as if they have been transported<br />

to Turkey. To capture the ambiance, replicate the flavours, provide<br />

the kind of service that makes you feel at home. However our vision<br />

now is to become a worldwide chain spread all over the world<br />

and show the entire world how amazing Turkish food is. Bosporus<br />

has a clear vision of achieving a whole lot more. By combining a<br />

unique Turkish Mediterranean gourmet menu with a fun bar and grill<br />

atmosphere, we’re not only satisfying tastes, but also giving guests a<br />

taste of true Turkish hospitality. Leaving guests completely satisfied<br />

and as if they’ve just been to Turkey itself.<br />

Our goal is to franchise and spread Bosporus all over the entire world.<br />

Bosporus’ vision is just part complete. But already it’s not just a restaurant,<br />

it’s a destination. When people think of delicious Turkish food in Dubai,<br />

Company Overview<br />

Posporus is one of a kind restaurant that aims at representing the authenticity and spirit<br />

of turkey to the whole world. Nevertheless, it is considered one of the leading restaurants<br />

in Dubai and one of the biggest chains in the world. Bosporus Restaurant is a very well<br />

operated, established, and quite successful enterprise, with strategic locations on the<br />

popular Jumeirah Road and the famous Global Village. There is also a Bosporus Express<br />

in Dubai Marina and a Bosporus Bakery & Sweets on Jumeirah Beach Road. And recently,<br />

four more branches were established in each of the following; Wafi mall, MBR boulevard,<br />

Palm Jumeirah “the point” and Dubai Jumeira. The restaurant creates a lively dining<br />

experience with a Turkish ambiance. The company enjoys positive cash flow, thus able<br />

to provide local and international vendors with the most reputed experience. And it goes<br />

without saying that the hygiene and housekeeping standards are always at the highest,<br />

gaining respect from relevant authorities on each visit.<br />

Company Structure<br />

Bosporus is a partnership-based business, owned by its founders Murat Tütüncü and<br />

OrkanDoǧanci. The company has over 450 employees working by heart and doing<br />

their best of abilities to satisfy their precious customers. Bosporus has one general<br />

manager and one head chef for all branches. Each branch of the previously stated<br />

branches has one manager, two supervisors, one executive chef and 24Turkish chefs.<br />

The restaurant management philosophy is based on responsibility<br />

and mutual respect. People who work at Bosporus love working<br />

there, and thrive in the creative and nurturing environment. The team<br />

is comprised of over 15 nationalities, including Turkish, European,<br />

Turkey. Not only are the ingredients brought from turkey, but also the<br />

impressive menu which is filled with mouthwatering meals from every<br />

of every meal from the main city in Turkey that is famous for it.<br />

From a sheesha bar to delicious Turkish cuisine, Bosporus will provide<br />

environment. Beautiful art and artefacts, authentic surroundings, a feel<br />

All servers hired at the new location will have extensive experience<br />

and go through 3 weeks of comprehensive training to ensure complete<br />

customer satisfaction. Our menu is a unique offering various dishes from<br />

every city in Turkey for our customers to enjoy mouth-watering delights.<br />

To cast an eye on a few of our menu items we invite you to indulge in<br />

our Delicious meals. Starting with the breakfast, Bosporus offers many<br />

delicious breakfast dishes such as; Menemen, egg with soujouk, yayla<br />

(yoghurt soup), feta cheese salad and many more. Turning to the main<br />

dishes, we offer doner kebab plate, iskender kebab, adana kebab,<br />

patlican kebab and many mouth-watering and incredible dishes. And for<br />

the sandwiches, we have the famous donor sandwich (beef, chicken and<br />

meet) and its available as sandwich, saj and rap.<br />

They have Turkish roots and experience in other corners of the globe,<br />

Murat Tütüncü is the culinary expert. A bit of a celebrity in his native<br />

town, Murat received his hospitality management training in various<br />

5 star hotels around the world. His heritage, vast experience as well<br />

as his passion for Turkish food and culture make him an incredible<br />

asset to the team.<br />

OrkanDoǧanci was born and raised in Germany but has always<br />

maintained strong ties with his Turkish roots. The man with a<br />

Midas touch when it comes to finance, Orkan come with extensive<br />

experience within the international hospitality industry. He oversees<br />

all procurement, general management and human resources.<br />

The owners are enjoying a great financial repute in Dubai’s business<br />

circles. True restaurateurs, they’ve helped establish Bosporus as a<br />

quality dining destination for Dubai’s affluent class.<br />
