гидролизный завод, Fargona Kimyo Zavodi+). Soviet Hydrolysis ethanol business model<br />

fundamentally differs from Western ethanol operations: it is rather closer to old pulp<br />

mill(eg Rayonier - Tembec Temiscaming+) Also note Russian Gov't suddenly initiated new<br />

selectively severe restriction to cellulosic ethanol/hydrolytic industry(eg imposing same tax<br />

on Ethanol as alcohol beverage+) & drove most of large operations bankruptcy in yr2000s.<br />

might not use water element): Claims made are at most 1/2 cost(usually much less) of<br />

existing hydrocarbon(no refining need, & much less fume generating) useable as is <strong>for</strong><br />

cars as produced in raw <strong>for</strong>m out of the system: Very much paradigm changing type tech<br />

since this tech is basically science legal(Green Power inc, GreenBase Sepadu, Alphakat+),<br />

Or less disruptive only plastic processing or cellulose only types(eg Sumitomo Forestry +),<br />

• Incidentally, if Industrial hemp is similarly grown & processed this way in mega volume it<br />

can displace few other sectors. Hence it is reasonable this tech is allowed but ignored by<br />

media/NGO/Gov't to have smooth gradual tech transition, otherwise it could significantly<br />

destabilize economic system.<br />
