My name is Kathy Ickes, I am currently an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) student at Saint Francis, I also have an accounting degree from Pitt. I took my first accounting class my senior year of high school and have loved it ever since! My goal is to become a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), with hard work I know I will achieve that. Hard work and determination is the key to success in any line of work. However, outside of going to school and working full time, have a passion for animals and art. It is rare to see a picture of me where I’m not kissing a dog. I also enjoy modeling for UR IT Magazine as well as being involved “behind the scenes”. When possible, I love providing models with hair, make up, and life tips. I’m privileged to have this opportunity with such great people! It has helped me grow my confidence and develop experience in something I would truly like to focus my business in. I’m thankful for all the support I receive from my family and friends, they are always encouraging me to do my best, and I will not let them down! 15
