4. The strip plans shall clearly indicate the scheme for widening. The views and<br />

suggestions of the concerned State PWDs should be duly taken into account<br />

while working out the widening scheme (left, right or symmetrical). The<br />

widening scheme shall be finalised in consultation with NHIDCL.<br />

5. Kilometre-wise Strip Plans for section (Package) shall be prepared separately<br />

for each concerned agency and suggested by NHIDCL.<br />

10.5 Land Acquisition Report<br />

STAGE: 3<br />

1. The Land acquisition report shall be prepared and submitted for the entire<br />

stretches under the Assignment. The report shall include detailed schedules<br />

about acquisition of landholdings as per revenue records and their locations in<br />

a strip plan and also the costs as per district authorities. Details shall be<br />

submitted in land acquisition proforma to be supplied by NHIDCL. The land<br />

acquisition report shall be submitted in both Hindi and English languages.<br />

2. The land acquisition report should be prepared in consultation with affected<br />

persons, non-governmental organisations and concerned government agencies<br />

and should cover land acquisition and resettlement plans and costs of<br />

resettlement and rehabilitation of such affected persons. It should also include<br />

plans of compensatory afforestation, its land requirements with specific<br />

locations and cost involved for undertaking all such activities in this regard.<br />

The Land Acquisition report shall cover all submissions as required for issuance<br />

of Notification u/s 3(a), 3(A), 3(D) & 3 (G) alongwith all details as necessary for<br />

Forest / Environmental / Wild Life clearances.<br />

10.7 Draft Detailed Project Report (DPR)<br />

1. The draft DPR Submission shall consist of construction package-wise Main<br />

Report, Design Report, Materials Report, Engineering Report, Drainage Design<br />

Report, Economic and Financial Analysis Report, Environmental Assessment<br />

Report including Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Package-wise bid Documents<br />

and Drawings.<br />

2. The Report volumes shall be submitted as tabulated in para 10 above.<br />

3. The Documents and Drawings shall be submitted for the Package and shall be<br />

in the following format:<br />

Reports<br />

i. Volume-I, Main Report: This report will present the project background, social<br />

analysis of the project, details of surveys and investigations carried out, analysis and<br />

interpretation of survey and investigation data, traffic studies and demand forecasts<br />

designs, cost estimation, environmental aspects, economic and commercial analyses and<br />

conclusions. The report shall include Executive Summary giving brief accounts of the<br />

findings of the study and recommendations.<br />

The Report shall also include maps, charts and diagrams showing locations and details<br />

of existing features and the essential features of improvement and upgrading.
