Request for Proposal Volume - I <strong>FOR</strong>M OF AGREEMENT This agreement made the ______________day of ____________________ 2015 between the National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd, New Delhi (hereinafter called “the Employer” of the one part and_________________ (here in after called “the Contractor”) of the other part. AND WHEREAS the Employer invited bids from eligible bidders of the execution of certain works, viz “.” AND WHEREAS pursuant to the bid submitted by the Contractor, vide ____________ (here in after referred to as the “BID” or “ÖFFER”) for the execution of works, the Employer by his letter of acceptance dated ___________ accepted the offer submitted by the Contractor for the execution and completion of such works and the remedying of any defects thereon, on terms and conditions in accordance with the documents listed in para 2 below. AND WHEREAS the Contractor by a deed of undertaking dated ________ has agreed to abide by all the terms of the bid, including but not limited to the amount quoted for the execution of Contract, as stated in the bid, and also to comply with such terms and conditions as may be required from time to time.
