REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Notwithstanding Clause 6.1(b) hereof, if pursuant to Clauses 5.4 hereof, the Parties
shall agree that additional payments shall be made to the Consultants in order to cover
any necessary additional expenditures not envisaged in the cost estimates referred to
in Clause 6.1(a) above, the ceiling set forth in Clause 6.1(b) above shall be increased by
the amount or amounts, as the case may be, of any such additional payments.
6.2 Currency of Payment
(a) The payment shall be made in Indian Rupees.
6.3 Mode of Billing and Payment
Billing and payments in respect of the Services shall be made as follows:-

The Client shall cause to be paid to the Consultants an advance payment as specified
in the SC, and as otherwise set forth below. The advance payment will be due after
provision by the Consultants to the Client of a bank guarantee by a bank acceptable to
the Client in an amount (or amounts) and in a currency (or currencies) specified in the
SC, such bank guarantee (i) to remain effective until the advance payment has been
fully set off as provided in the SC, and ii) in such form as the Client shall have
approved in writing.
Payment Schedule
The Consultant will be paid stage-wise as a percentage of the contract value as per the
