ADA parking is available directly across the
street from the Main Gate. Wheelchair
accessible shuttle buses pick up passengers
from any designated stop and run from 12:00
p.m. - 1:00 a.m. The Main Grandstand Arena
is accessible and has a seating area
designated for wheelchairs. Call the Box Office
for details. Wheelchairs and baby strollers
are available for rent at the Main Entrance.
Tickets for the show of the day may be
purchased from 4:00 p.m. until approximately
one hour after the concert begins, unless the
concert is sold out.
In case of injury, the First Aid Center is
located near the South Gate entrance. There
will be defibrillators stationed at various
locations throughout the grounds.
To locate or report lost and found items,
please visit the security office located at the
South Gate entrance.

Will Call
A picture ID and printed ticket order
confirmation email or the credit card used at
the time of purchase matching the name on the
ticket order is required to pick up tickets. No
one will be permitted to pick up tickets that are
under another person’s name.
All tickets will be picked up at that time - Will
Call will not hold tickets for other members of
your party to retrieve at a later time nor will it
hold other tickets purchased to be picked up
at a later time. Will Call pick up is available at
the Will Call Booth, Box Office Ticket Trailer or
Grandstand Ticket Booth.
ATM
ATMs are located throughout the grounds for
easy access to additional cash.
Information Booth
The primary information booth is located in the
Main Quad.
Carnival Tickets
Purchase individual ride tickets and allday
wristbands at the main entrance of
the Carnival.
