2016 CATTLEMEN’S & FARMER’S DAY Bank of the Sierra & Eagle Energy The 30th Annual Cattlemen’s & Farmer’s Day will include a variety of agriculture activities and events throughout the Fair on Thursday, July 21st. The entertaining day will begin with the Cow Dog Trials at 8:15 a.m., then at 1:00 p.m. don’t miss the Ranch Horse Class, both in the Equestrian Center. In the Livestock Pavilion you’ll find our BBQ Lunch starting at 11:30 a.m., featuring the JB Dewar Tractor Restoration and Ag Scholarship winners. The annual Industrial Arts program and auction, sponsored by Airgas, will take place at 1:30 p.m. in its BRAND NEW location, in The Barn on Equestrian Lane. The day’s festivities continue with a wine tasting featuring local wines at 4:00 p.m., BBQ Dinner at 5:00 p.m. and the announcing of the 2016 Cattleman of the Year, CattleWoman of the Year and Agriculturalist of the Year at 6:30 p.m. Ranchers and farmers throughout the state will be present to celebrate our agriculture community and its history… make sure you plan to attend as well! BBQ Lunch tickets are $8/pre-sale and $10/door and BBQ Dinner tickets are $20/presale and $25/door. To purchase tickets, contact the Administration office at (805) 239-0655. JR. LIVESTOCK BUYER’S LUNCH For the 5th year in a row RE/MAX Parkside Real Estate of Paso Robles is pleased to present to all buyers a delicious BBQ lunch catered by Bonnie’s Kitchen. All buyers get to enjoy the complimentary lunch. Get to the Jr. Livestock auction early on Saturday, July 30th and help support the 4-H and FFA members.
