Once a fan awards a talent their StampDeal a binding contract is created between<br />

them that states if the talent gains a successful deal, twenty percent of the amount<br />

the talent gained will be distributed to the fan if he/she were among the first<br />

twenty percent that have voted.<br />

The Value Point: Is the hardest reward to gain and the most valuable, It’s what<br />

separates a fan from a judge. The amount of value points earned depends on<br />

how early a fan StampDealt a successful talent.<br />

Every user has one StampDeal for each section Readers,Viewers and Listeners<br />

Fans StampDeal the talent’s profile not their uploaded material.<br />

Once a Stampdeal is used it cannot be used again for the next 30 days each section<br />

has its own separate countdown.<br />

Y-rate System, wherein any rating of a talent's work that is 85 or above<br />

requires a 20-word or more comment explaining the reason for the rating. Similarly<br />

a rating of 45 or below requires an explanation for the low rating.<br />

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved upgrading things, as a kid my toys, kites and bikes. As a<br />

teenager I started becoming very competitive which lead me to my professional gaming career. I’ve<br />

the gift to know the strengths of my peers instantly and place them in a role where they will shine the<br />

most. One of my powerful skills is Analysing and testing, during a games update read through the<br />

changes to find the loop holes which I can use and abuse to my advantage. Internet Guru a lot would<br />

think it’s a bold statement made by a 28 year old, but I consider my age group the internet generation,<br />

I’ve witnessed the evolution of the internet as an 11 year old kid from 28kb to the point it is today experiencing<br />

the internet with everything it has to offer which is making things in life much easier and entertainment.<br />

I see the things the internet has to offer and I know the potential of what the internet<br />

really has to offer and in my opinion we’ve only tapped in 8-10% of the internet’s potential.<br />
