As I was working on this pattern, I couldn’t get Joan<br />
Jett’s version of “Crimson and Clover” out of my head,<br />
and I thought, wouldn’t it be great to have a pattern<br />
offered in both stockinette and garter, so even though<br />
it’s basically the same pattern, versions are markedly<br />
different in appearance? Knit in a luxury fiber on bigger<br />
needles, it’s a lot of bang for your knitterly buck, and the<br />
perfect shape to wrap around yourself whilst humming<br />
along to Joan Jett and her Blackhearts.<br />
