Design Variables
Design variables represent the vector of the variables x that will be tuned during the
optimization. They are specified through the .PARAMOPT command.
The Eldo simulator is regarded as a black box that provides a vector of extracted measures F(x)
and derivatives F’(x) given the set of design variables x, as shown in Figure 13-1.
